This fantastically tender and juicy steak comes from Angus and Angus/Longhorn cross cattle which are finished for 100 days on a grain diet. The meat is delicious with an almost buttery texture making it an amazing contrast with the Wagyu and normal grass fed beef. We cut these steak in the American style approximately 3.5cm thick so each steak is enough for 2-3 people.
