    Sausages & Burgers

    Our range of burgers are made from the very best ingredients and include many of the specialist meats available elsewhere on this site.We keep the number of ingredients used to a bare minumum to allow the true flavour of our exceptional meats to shine through.

    Our sausages are made by the father and son team of Bill and Liam O’Hagan. Bill is a man who loves and worships good sausages. They are made using natural skins, oats and absolutely no additives or preservatives. Delicious and meaty, the sausages contain a minimum 75% meat.
